Market 36 Recruitment are currently recruiting for an experienced Sales Executive to join one of our clients based in Braintree.
Main purpose of the role: To provide effective and efficient management of the client's telecoms orders and enquiries, ensuring that customer expectations are met through coordination of deliveries and supplied services, and providing comprehensive market and customer information as part of a monthly report.
Main Duties:
1. Lead on sales for our communication infrastructure business, reinforcing relationships with existing clients.
2. Obtain and develop new business relationships, sourcing sales leads through effective networking across the telecoms tower industry.
3. Lead on bid preparation for projects, working with our estimating team to oversee cost estimating, tender preparation, and presentation to the client.
4. Work with internal stakeholders to raise the group's profile within the telecom and specialist structures industry, promoting and developing the group's range of capabilities.
5. Chase quotations and monitor daily purchase orders and activity on the platform.
6. Provide high-level customer service to all staff and departments.
7. Produce reports internally and to customers as relevant by projects.
8. Provide financial and commercial support.
Skills and Experience:
1. GCSE or equivalent in English and Maths.
2. Previous experience in the Telecoms industry.
3. Previous sales experience.
4. Good telephone manner and experience of dealing with difficult parties.
5. Excellent communication skills.
6. Excellent organisational skills.
Working hours: Monday to Friday 08:00 - 16:30 with a 30-minute unpaid break.
