An experienced Head Chef is required to lead the School's busy, dedicated team responsible for preparing meals for pupils, staff and visitors to the school. During term-time the kitchens prepare meals for up to 1000 people, 7 days per week.
In addition, the catering team also prepare and present high quality menus for various internal events and external lets and functions.
Skills and Qualifications
* Applicants must have a robust approach to managing allergens and other HSE requirements, with excellent team management skills.
* You will also be hard working and committed to providing an exemplary catering service.
* An NVQ / BTEC Level 3 qualification (or equivalent) is essential
* Previous experience in a similar environment would be an advantage as well as any management or leadership qualifications
