My client, a luxury boutique hotel in Dolgellau, is looking for a head chef and a Sous chef to take over the running of the operation.
The hotel is now under new ownership and with the head chef of 16 years leaving they are now looking to take the restaurant in a new direction.
They want someone who has experience of creating new menus and all the food will be cooked from fresh. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced chef who wants a role in which he/she can take ownership of a new concept and drive it forward.
Live in can be provided in a 2 bed cottage in the village.
Salary for both the Head Chef and the Sous Chef are negotiable.
