The Role As our B2B Sales Representative, you’ll be responsible for winning new business, building client relationships, and driving revenue growth in key industries. What’s exciting about this role? You’ll need to travel for client meetings, trade shows, and industry events, so a full UK driver’s license is required. Key Responsibilities ✅ Lead Generation & Prospecting Identify and target businesses in automotive, construction, industrial, and trade sectors that rely on disposable gloves. Develop and execute outreach strategies ( cold calling, LinkedIn, networking, trade shows ). Qualify leads and build a strong pipeline of potential customers. ✅ Sales & Business Development Own the full sales cycle – from initial contact to closing deals. Pitch Tough Glove’s premium product range and showcase our unique value. Negotiate pricing and contract terms to drive profitable sales. Convert inbound B2B inquiries and maximize repeat business. ✅ Account Management & Growth Build and maintain strong relationships with business customers. Provide industry-specific solutions tailored to each client’s needs. Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and strategic partnerships. ✅ Market Expansion & Brand Representation Represent Tough Glove at industry trade shows and B2B events (e.g., Automechanika, Installer Show ). Collaborate with marketing to refine sales messaging and campaigns. Gather market intelligence to refine pricing, sales strategy, and positioning. Who You Are ✔ Proven B2B sales experience (preferably in industrial, trade, or PPE markets). ✔ You’re a hunter – proactive, persistent, and always chasing the next big deal. ✔ Excellent communicator and negotiator – you build trust and close deals. ✔ Strong understanding of consultative sales and solution-based selling. ✔ You thrive in fast-paced environments and are excited by the challenge of building something new. ✔ Full UK driver’s license and willingness to travel for meetings and events. ✔ Confident in using CRM tools, LinkedIn outreach, and sales automation platforms. ✔ Experience in trade shows, distributor relationships, or wholesale sales is a plus.
