We are looking for a passionate and skilled Sous Chef to join our team at our vibrant Italian pizzeria & restaurant. You will work closely with the Head Chef to maintain high-quality food preparation, ensuring our authentic Italian dishes are consistently delicious.

Key Responsibilities of our Sous Chef:
* Assist the Head Chef in the daily kitchen operations, ensuring smooth service
* Prepare and cook high-quality Italian dishes, including pizzas, pasta, and traditional mains
* Oversee food preparation and presentation to maintain standards
* Supervise and train kitchen staff, ensuring compliance with hygiene and safety regulations
* Monitor stock levels, assist with ordering, and minimise waste
* Ensure kitchen cleanliness and organisation
* Step in to manage the kitchen in the Head Chefs absence
Requirements:
* Experience of working in a professional kitchen environment
* Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen
* Team player with excellent leadership and communication skills
* Understanding of food hygiene and health & safety regulations
* Flexible availability, including weekends and evenings
* Knowledge of Italian food or willingness to learn
