Salary: £25,000pa basic salary + uncapped commission scheme (OTE £40k in year one, increasing each year)

We are seeking dynamic and driven Sales Executives to join our growing team. In this role you will be upselling our Telematics products to existing Radius Group customers. The role requires strong communication skills, a proactive attitude and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
We would love to welcome you to our telematics office in York. You’ll report to our experienced Sales Team Manager on a day-to-day basis, whilst also working with a wider team of sales executives within the office.
What would your day to day look like?
* Hold quality conversations with existing and new Radius Group customers to promote and sell our Telematics products.
* Fully explain the features and benefits of our Telematics products, arranging and performing online screen sharing demonstrations as and when necessary.
* Maintain accurate records of prospecting activities and track progress using CRM software (Salesforce).
* Stay informed about industry trends, market developments and competitor activities.
What do we expect of you?
* Proven experience in a sales role, preferably in a B2B or telesales environment.
* Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage prospects effectively.
* Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills with the ability to overcome objections.
* Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
* Computer literate and comfortable using Microsoft Office.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team with a high level of accountability.
* Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work in a dynamic environment.
* Willingness to learn and continuously improve sales techniques and strategies.
