ICT Service Desk Analyst

The ICT Department is looking to recruit a Service Desk Analyst to contribute to the day-to-day operation of the ICT Service Desk.
This exciting new opportunity offers the successful candidate the chance to assist in the provision of ICT support to users throughout the Scottish Ambulance Service (SAS).
The successful applicant must be flexible, conscientious, and have a positive approach to delivering excellent ICT Service Desk support in a timely manner with a focus on customer satisfaction.
Excellent communication skills are paramount in this role, as is the ability to assist ICT users with the various technologies deployed within the Service.
Essential qualities for this post include good ICT technical knowledge, flexibility, and the ability to work within a team or on your own if required.
The post requires education to diploma level, preferably in the ICT field, or an equivalent level of knowledge. Good knowledge of Microsoft 365 is highly desirable.
The hours of work are 37 hours per week. The role involves shift working covering the period Monday to Friday 06:00 – 22:00hrs.
Hybrid (Home / Base) working is a potential option for this role. This will be discussed with candidates who are invited for interview.
