Role Overview:
As a Sous Chef at this esteemed hotel, you will play a crucial role in the kitchen.
You will work closely with the Head Chef to ensure the smooth operation of the kitchen, maintain high culinary standards, and contribute to the creation of innovative and delectable dishes. This is a full-time permanent position offering an annual salary of £32,000 plus tips and attractive company perks.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assist the Head Chef in menu planning, development, and execution.
• Oversee kitchen staff and ensure they adhere to food safety and hygiene standards.
• Manage and maintain kitchen inventory, including ordering and stock control.
• Supervise daily kitchen operations and ensure that dishes are prepared to the highest quality.
• Collaborate with the team to create and implement new dishes and specials.
• Train and mentor junior kitchen staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
• Handle kitchen administrative tasks, including scheduling and ordering supplies.
