We are seeking a skilled and adaptable sous chef to join our team on an as-needed basis, working with one of our prestigious clients, based in NG5. Our client operates in a diverse environment, providing unique culinary challenges and opportunities to showcase your expertise. The client is offering day shifts, Monday to Friday.
Key Responsibilities:
* Prepare and cook a variety of dishes to high standards.
* Assist the head chef in menu planning and food preparation.
* Manage kitchen inventory and maintain a clean and safe working environment.
* Work effectively in a team to deliver excellent customer service.
Requirements:
* Proven experience as a sous chef in a similar environment.
* Strong culinary skills and knowledge of food safety and hygiene.
* Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
