The opportunity:
We are looking for an ambitious and experienced Recruiter specialising in the UK PSC Contractor market to join our entrepreneurial team based in London (hybrid).
What you will be doing:
* Play a key role in the development of our Management Consultancy 'Associate' (Contractor) community and solution
* Drive business development across UK management consultancy for contingent labour/Associates. Leveraging existing client relationships through close collaboration across our team of recruiters and TA specialists. Winning net new business with consultancies and professional services businesses in the UK and internationally
* Delivering against Associate requirements to the highest standard
* Supporting the growth of our industry-leading community of Associates
* Supporting the development and adoption of our Associate SaaS platform
Skills, Experience and Mindset required:
* A minimum of 5 years + of contractor recruitment experience, ideally, recruiting across consultancy, professional services, technology or financial services
* Demonstrable experience building long-term relationships with clients and contractors
* Adept at new business development as well as account management
* Experienced in building communities, networks and creating long term contractor value
* Confident in supporting the delivery of multiple concurrent roles with experience taking a brief, sourcing, screening CVs, and managing contractor experience.
* Deep understanding of IR35. Experienced in guiding clients and contractors through the determination process
* Experienced in contracting, onboarding and managing a book of contractors
* Exceptional interpersonal skills; able to build trust, motivate and inspire others
