This role is remote working from home, but you will be required to visit our Stapeley office and as such you'll need to be in a commutable distance to there. Additionally you will support the business across the UK so you will also need to be comfortable with domestic travel Provide guidance and support to managers on employee relations issues, including performance feedback, documentation, and corrective actions, and escalate complex cases as necessary. Support the performance management cycle by facilitating goal setting, feedback, and performance reviews in alignment with company policies. Assist with workforce planning initiatives, aligning staffing strategies with business needs and developing innovative recruitment solutions to attract a diverse talent pool. Maintain accurate employee data in HR systems (e.g., GenusOne Talent) and generate routine analytics reports to inform decision-making. Serve as a point of contact for HR-related inquiries, ensuring consistent application of HR policies across the business. Contribute to employee engagement initiatives, including leading the “Your Voice” Employee Survey, to promote a positive and collaborative work environment. Collaborate with the Health & Safety team to promote safety programs and ensure compliance with workplace safety standards. Support the identification and delivery of training needs, developing and conducting on-site training programs that address specific business requirements. Assist in the delivery of special HR projects to meet business needs and ensure timely completion. Ability to travel throughout Great Britain; valid UK driving license required. Bachelor’s degree in business, Administration, or HR Management preferred (MA/MSc or advanced degree desirable). Essential HR experience in any sector. Strong communication and analytical skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and basic use of MS Project. Results-oriented, innovative, adaptable to changing market conditions, with strong communication skills focused on driving positive outcomes.
