This is a fantastic and exciting opportunity for an experienced Sous chef with a true passion for food to join our team, pastry skills are preferred but not essential.
Must have a minimum of 2 Years’ experience as a Sous Chef or Chef de Partie.
The Cardiff & County Club is a private Members’ Club located in the centre of the city on Westgate Street.
We are open for lunch Monday to Saturday and some Sundays with occasional evening functions.
In this rôle you will take on all aspects of the kitchen management, assist the Head Chef in the day to day running of the kitchen
. Stock Control
. Invoicing
. Health & Safety
. Create Menus Daily
. Ensure the kitchen cleanliness is maintained
. Running the pass for lunch service
. Preparing and serving the occasional night function
