Job Title: Sales Executive
Location: Coventry
Salary: £40,000 - £60,000 depending on qualification and experience.

We’re looking for a sales executive to join our team to enable the firm to hit our growth target of 25% year on year over the next 3 years, by using your sales expertise to convert new business opportunities into new ongoing clients for the firm
Responsibilities:
* Take responsibility for winning new ongoing clients, including holding initial consultation meetings with potential clients (often F2F either at their premises or at ours), drilling into and understanding their needs, creating proposals and presentations for ongoing packages, and presenting these.
* Rigorously following through on the pipeline of opportunities, in view of pulling orders over the line, hitting new ongoing client orders won target.
* Get involved in creating new opportunities / new appointments with potential new clients through business development activities.
* Developing sales plan for the coming years for ongoing clients, to feed into the overall growth strategy.
* Live and breathe the CRM, ensuring a quality record of all activities and is consistently up to date.
Skills & Attributes Required:
* Tangible track record in meeting and exceeding sales targets in a market-facing role.
* Experienced in a business-to-business sales environment with a proven ability to position services and solutions in a professional services environment or similar industry.
* Comfortable talking to directors of owner-managed businesses about a wide range of business issues.
* Has commercial acumen and portrays professionalism.
* A team player able to collaborate across the whole team to achieve the best result for the firm.
* Generous base salary - £40,000 to £60,000 subject to experience
