Service Desk Analyst
Location: Hybrid - York
My client is undergoing an exciting IT transformation and as such has a requirement for additional support in the team. The successful candidates will have previous experience of working on a busy service desk.
Key skills include:
1. 1st line support experience working in a similar customer-facing role.
2. Experience working to and reporting against SLAs.
3. Working knowledge of Windows 10 and Microsoft Office 2016.
4. Excellent communication skills, at all levels, with technical and non-technical audiences.
5. Provide consistently excellent levels of customer service.
6. Ability to learn quickly and share knowledge with other team members.
7. Strong methodical troubleshooting/problem-solving skills.
