Regional Sales Representative
Location: Southwest (Fully Remote)
Salary: £30,000 - £37,000 + £5,000 Car Allowance + Uncapped Commission
Are you a driven sales professional with a passion for business development? We are seeking a Regional Sales Representative to manage a dynamic portfolio of home and SDA (Small Domestic Appliances) products. This is an exciting opportunity to work with independent retailers, focusing on offline sales strategies. You should be happy to be out on the road, opening doors to new business as your geographical area will be the Southwest of England.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage a portfolio of products, focusing on the SDA (small domestic appliances) and kitchenware.
2. Target independent stores across the Southwest of England, in particular Cornwall, Hampshire, Somerset, Wiltshire, Devon & Bath.
3. Drive business development initiatives, spending approximately 80% of your time acquiring new accounts.
4. Build and maintain strong relationships with independent retailers as well as key account retailers.
5. Create and execute journey plans for account visits and networking, leveraging platforms like LinkedIn.
6. Open new accounts and enhance sales in existing relationships.
Requirements:
1. Minimum 2 years of product-based sales experience, ideally selling SDA/Small Domestic Appliances or homeware products.
2. Proven ability to generate leads and foster new business relationships.
3. Ideally experience of selling to retailers/independent stores/grocery stores.
4. Must live in the Southwest of England.
5. Car owner/clean driving licence - essential.
6. Strong communication and networking skills.
7. Willingness to travel extensively within the Southwest of England.
Compensation:
1. Competitive base salary of around £30,000 - £37,000.
2. £5,000 car allowance.
3. Uncapped commission structure with the potential to earn between £15,000 - £20,000 monthly.
