Sales Executive
OA are recruiting for a Sales Executive to join our client, a respected designer and manufacturer of high-quality commercial and residential wallcoverings.
Location: Hemel Hempstead
Hours: Full-time, 8:30am-5pm, Monday to Friday. Office based.
Salary: £28,000 + annual bonus

Sales Executive - Key Responsibilities:
1. Implement strategies as directed to identify and maximise business opportunities within targeted accounts.
2. Identify prospective business from a variety of sources such as sample requests, enquiries, Internet searches, and customer referrals. This will include both warm and cold leads.
3. Arrange follow-up calls with potential prospects.
4. Keep a daily log of call activity and monitor success rate.
5. Contact a high volume of customers against assigned KPI's.
6. Investigate inactive accounts and implement strategies to re-activate them.
7. Ensure all appropriate leads and opportunities are followed up in a timely and accurate manner.
8. Ensure accurate and up-to-date records via the CRM systems.
9. Attend and contribute to regular sales and progress meetings/launches.
10. Work with the team in a positive and professional manner at all times.
Sales Executive - Skills and Experience:
1. Previous success in an outbound B2B telesales role.
2. Previous experience in a field sales/sales/call centre position.
3. Strong customer service/sales experience.
4. Professional telephone manner and an ability to confidently strike up a conversation.
5. Highly motivated.
6. Proactive.
7. Computer literate.
8. Ability to plan and organise.
9. Calm under pressure.
