Complaints Handler
Location: Redditch
Salary: £25k
Working Hours: Monday to Friday - 9am to 5pm
We are looking for an experienced Complaints Handler to work on a permanent basis for a client based in Redditch.
My client, a national organisation and a market leader in their field, is looking for a Complaints Handler to provide outstanding levels of aftercare and complaint resolution to their customers.
Responsibilities:
1. Provide excellent customer service at all times, demonstrating understanding and empathy.
2. Be the customer's main point of contact while resolving their issue.
3. Make daily outbound calls to customers and contractors, proactively responding to any issues that may arise.
4. Liaise with project managers as and when required.
5. Accurately record customer interactions on the CRM system.
6. Work towards and achieve targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
7. Log service calls and issues with assignment numbers in the CRM system.
8. Accurately update systems and reports.
9. Monitor and track the status of allocated complaints.
10. Ensure outstanding balances are collected from customers when work is complete.
11. Be positive and communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and customers using a variety of methods including phone calls, emails, and letters.
Requirements:
The successful candidate will have previous customer service and complaint resolution experience. You will be empathetic with the ability to problem solve. Excellent communication skills and attention to detail are also essential.
