We require an experienced, technically qualified, enthusiastic and approachable individual to join our ICT department providing ICT technical 1 ST line service desk support.
You must have relevant experience in a busy service desk environment providing technical customer support to various levels of users.
You will have good customer service skills and work ethics; have excellent organisational and interpersonal skills and the ability to work on your own or as part of a team.
You will have a minimum of HNC/HND in a computer related subject.
You may be required to take part in a weekend working rota.
