Reporting to the Field Sales Manager, our Sales Executives are ambassadors of the Highland Broadband brand in their given territory. Engaging and upbeat, they connect positively with prospective customers individually and at community hubs to increase awareness and uptake of our broadband service proposition.
Key Responsibilities:
* Local door to door activity, building rapport with customers to raise awareness, generate leads and sales pipeline
* Manning sales stands at community events and attendance at other local events as and when required
* Using CRM and sales application tools to effectively manage sales, leads and pipeline
* Build knowledge of community activity and make recommendations for sales opportunities
* Feedback local market intelligence on competitors, customer feedback to Field Sales Manager
Requirements:
* Strong customer focus and “can do” approach when working to targets
* Resilient and able to work proactively to generate sales pipeline
* Quality focused delivering sales into the pipeline with strong attention to detail and high levels of accuracy of information shared and data captured
* Able to work afternoons and evenings until 8pm
Hours: 37.5 hours 11 to 7 or 12 to 8pm
Cycle to work scheme, 5% Employer pension contribution, 30 days annual leave, Full training provided on job.
