One of my fantastic long-standing clients is looking to recruit a HR Operation’s Generalist on an initial 6-month contract to support my client during their busy period. This role may have the potential to go longer than 6 months, but this will depend on business needs. This role will support the HR operations for a busy HR team. This will be a diverse role where no 2 days will be the same. 5 shorter days may be considered for this role.
Your new role
1. Employee lifecycle support-Onboarding, offboarding, contract changes, offers, internal moves, promotions, holiday calculations and queries, maternity and paternity requests.
2. HRIS maintenance and upkeep (workday)
3. HR projects including HR data projects and HRIS projects
4. Benefit coordination and upkeep, including speaking to brokers, liaising with payroll and answering queries.
5. Assist with L&D, including working with providers and the in house team
6. Project work on employee wellbeing initiatives
7. Provide policy advice and guidance for a range of matters
What you'll need to succeed
I am looking to speak to proven HR professionals who are skilled in HR operations. You will be able to work in a very busy environment with a high degree of accuracy. You will be able to follow process and be able tomunicate with numerous stakeholders. Having Workday (HRIS) experience will be favourable.
What you'll get in return
£35-£45k DOE, hybrid working.
