We are looking for Sales Executives to join our growing team! Previous sales experience is an advantage with enthusiasm and commitment essential, and full training is available from our experienced team.
PharSafer is a specialist Pharmacovigilance & Medical Service CRO, headquartered in the UK, with offices also in India and Europe. Due to project growth, we are seeking a number of Sales positions to be based in India and Europe. This role is home based and, whilst based remotely, you will become part of a growing team, working on a number of campaigns and projects that help achieve further business growth.
Within these Sales positions, you will help drive growth and promote PharSafer and its services, with a range of responsibilities including:
Responsibilities:
1. Work with marketing to develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve company growth targets and expand PharSafer's client base.
2. Identify and engage with potential clients, including pharmaceutical companies, biotech firms, and other target companies to promote PharSafer's range of services.
3. Identify key decision makers within target companies and follow up on new/old prospects.
4. Perform due diligence on potential clients, identifying key decision makers, key service requirements and budget requirements.
5. Achieve company growth and retention targets set by CEO and business development.
6. Participate in the development and submission of bids for new business, and report on successful bids and reasons for possible bid losses, as well as gap-fill analysis of current clients.
7. Review existing service areas and identify possible areas for improvement for service performance and profitability.
8. Collaborate closely with internal teams, including pharmacovigilance operations, marketing and business development, to ensure seamless project implementation and campaign execution.
9. Work with business development to prepare, draft and review commercial proposals, contracts, and pricing agreements.
10. Monitor and report on sales activities, market trends and competitor activities, providing regular updates and insights to the management team.
11. Attend industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to enhance PharSafer's visibility and expand professional networks.
12. Stay updated on industry regulations, guidelines and best practices related to pharmacovigilance, ensuring compliance and incorporating any relevant findings into sales strategies.
13. Collaborate with cross-departmental teams to ensure services meet the needs of clients and comply with regulatory requirements.
Qualifications & Skills:
1. Bachelor's degree or higher education in business, business administration, or a related field.
2. Equivalent experience in sales would be beneficial, preferably in the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry.
3. Strong communication, interpersonal, and written skills.
4. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a remote environment and under tight deadlines.
5. Ability to travel as required.
