What will a day in the life of a Senior Digital Learning Designer involve? You'll be: Collaborating with stakeholders and experts to design digital learning projects. Using tools like Articulate 360, Vyond, and Adobe Creative Cloud to create engaging content. Leading digital learning needs assessments. Crafting and editing instructional videos to support learning engagement. Ensuring content is accessible and user-friendly in the Learning Management System (Cornerstone). Continuously refining digital learning content using data-driven insights. What will you need to be a successful Senior Digital Learning Designer ? Deep understanding of digital learning best practices, either through qualification or experience. Proven experience in scoping, designing, organising and delivering blended and bite-sized digital learning solutions, applying digital learning guidelines. Strong graphic design and creative skills, with proficiency in tools like Articulate Storyline, Articulate Rise, Vyond, and Adobe Creative Cloud. Ability to produce and edit high-quality, engaging videos. Work with external suppliers to build innovative digital learning solutions (i.e. video companies and freelance designers). Knowledge of learning management systems and content management systems for user-centric learning. Strong communication skills for diverse stakeholder interaction. Ability to influence others and achieve desired outcomes. Skills in analysing, interpreting, and generating insights from data. Have the ability and willingness to travel throughout the country with occasional overnight stays. Excellent knowledge and experience with MS 365. Interested?
