We’re a small but rapidly growing tech startup in the heart of Edinburgh, and we’re looking for an Outbound Sales Executive who’s ready to roll up their sleeves and help accelerate our growth Job Overview: As an Outbound Sales Executive, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our network of short-term holiday rental owners by onboarding them to our innovative platform. Your primary responsibility will be reaching out to prospective customers through outbound calls and Google meetings, guiding them through the sign-up process, and converting them into verified hosts. This role is critical to supporting the growth strategies of Travelnest, where you’ll be the driving force behind helping prospective hosts maximize their rental potential. Experience: We seek highly motivated individuals with a proven track record of converting prospective customer lists into confirmed customers. Curiosity: You are naturally inquisitive, eager to learn, and excel at understanding customer needs, spotting trends, and finding process efficiencies. Target-Focused: You thrive in a fast-paced sales environment, consistently meeting and exceeding challenging sales targets. Cooperative: You have a strong ability to work collaboratively within a sales team, and an outgoing personality who enjoys engaging with others. Key Responsibilities: Engage prospective customers, understand their needs, and recommend how our products and services can meet those needs. Manage your own calendar, schedule calls with prospects, and drive productivity to meet daily sales targets. Take full ownership of customer sign-up experiences, ensuring growth in our customer base and setting customers up for long-term success. Provide expert advice and support to maximize the likelihood of a sale. Manage, prioritize, and resolve tasks across multiple work streams while consistently meeting targets. This allows for collaboration, team meetings, and access to resources, while also offering the flexibility to work remotely for the remaining days.
