Customer Success & Sales Support Specialist Location : Stamford Hours: Office based Monday – Friday 0845 – 1730 Salary – Dependent on experience Key Responsibilities: Actively contribute to achieving retention and new sales goals as set by Senior Management. Proactively encourage all stakeholders to use the platform, ensuring full adoption and satisfaction. Support agents in quickly processing and responding to enquiries. Assist clients with their enquiries, resolve issues, and raise tickets for technical support when needed. Build strong relationships with clients by attending both internal and external events. Work closely with the Sales team to identify up sell opportunities and generate new sales leads. Help roll out new developments, providing training and support as needed. Manage Live Chat, answering client queries, directing them to relevant teams, and logging communications on CRM. Assist in the coordination and execution of internal projects, collaborating with various business functions. Assist the Customer Success team in adhering to retention processes and strategies. Provide support in organising and running mini expos to promote services. Ensure that the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system is up-to-date, accurate, and fully utilised. Ensure that all communications are logged in the CRM system, providing accurate and detailed records. We are looking for: Proven experience in customer support or sales.
