We are looking for an ambitious Sous Chef to be part of a fresh new team who are currently building on Rufflets’ longstanding reputation for delivering outstanding dining experiences. Under the Head Chef, you will create and cook for our continually evolving seasonal menu in the 2 AA Rosette restaurant. Coupled with this, you will be comfortable with larger scale special events for up to 150 guests.
Good knowledge of current food hygiene practices and regulatory paperwork procedures is essential, as are excellent kitchen management skills which will allow the successful candidate to deputise for the Head Chef.

A minimum of 2 years’ experience at senior sous level is required, and experience at 2 AA Rosette level or equivalent is essential.
Due to the hotel’s location candidates would benefit from having their own transport, but for anyone looking to relocate, staff accommodation can be offered on a temporary basis.
