Certikin are seeking a driven and experienced Sales Executive to join our team covering the North Region. The Sales Executive’s responsibilities include generating leads, making sales visits, continuously updating our CRM database, and meeting sales targets. A successful Sales Executive should be an adaptable, proactive individual who is able to converse clearly and persuasively with a diverse range of clients.
Your responsibilities:
1. Maximizing sales through selling and providing an excellent customer experience
2. Making regular face to face visits with customers both on a cyclical basis and on request
3. Maintaining and developing existing customer accounts
4. Building and maintaining relationships with customers and identifying new product opportunities where possible
5. Following up on sales leads
6. Developing an excellent knowledge of the Certikin product range
7. Reflecting a credible and professional brand image to all customers
8. Completing detailed weekly customer visit reports directly on to the SalesForce platform
To succeed in this role, you’ll need a positive attitude and the following:
1. Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role
2. B2B field sales experience in product-based sales would be advantageous
3. Knowledge of the swimming pool / water leisure industry would be advantageous
4. Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
5. Excellent customer focus with a flexible attitude
6. Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
