The Role:
The Product Training Manager will be responsible for developing and delivering training programs to both internal and external clients on a variety of products. This will involve, creating content, maintaining the training hub, and ensuring seamless knowledge is transferred to the clients and staff.
You will ideally have a strong technical background, particular in EPOS and be able to simplify product features
1. Develop structured training programs for internal teams and clients, integrating, where possible, AI-driven tools and automation to enhance engagement, streamline learning, and improve knowledge retention.
2. Develop guides, video tutorials, and documentation tailored to different user groups.
3. Design and deliver impactful workshops and webinars to enhance knowledge sharing and skill development
4. Establish a centralised cloud-based repository for all training content.
