This role focuses on driving demand for high-quality construction consumables, cultivating strong relationships with customers, and achieving ambitious sales targets. As a Business Development Manager, you will: Target Contractors, Groundworkers and Regional Developers Develop and implement sales strategies to generate demand and achieve revenue targets. Manage and grow a portfolio of key account customers while ensuring fair distribution of accounts within the team. Gain comprehensive market knowledge of current and potential customers and projects in the region. Collaborate with internal teams to align technical support and pricing policies to regional strategies. Ensure exceptional customer service to maintain high levels of satisfaction and loyalty. Promote health and safety as a top priority and champion a culture of compliance and ethical business practices. The ideal candidate will have: Proven experience in sales of construction products, preferably for a large distributor. Relationships with Contractors, Groundworkers, Developers In-depth knowledge of the industry and markets within the Southwest region. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify gaps and deliver solutions. Exceptional communication skills for engaging stakeholders at all levels.
