Our well established & highly progressive client is recruiting for an experienced Sales Executive to increase their market exposure / UK coverage.
Projects can be £100K’s to £1M+ as they work with both SME’s & Major Nationals UK wide.
This interior fit out role, would suit a Sales Executive, Sales Manager, Area Sales Manager, UK Sales Manager, Business Development Manager or similar from within the CAT & CAT B interior fit out industry, or from a similar construction / built environment solution sales business.
Duties:
* Winning new CAT A & CAT B interior fit out business across varying sectors.
* Maintaining & developing all existing business partnerships & growing them.
* Using various market intelligence, actively target potential new customers.
* Work closely with sales colleagues, design, project teams & marketing teams, delivering commercial support & commercial management (costings, estimates, tenders etc.).
* Work in unison with the project management & site management teams.
* Provide project management support on larger & more complex projects, including the procurement of subcontractors, materials, plant & labour, as required...
