Spiritfilled is an established and award-winning whisky cask broker, independent bottler and warehouse owner. Due to the success and growth of the company over the last few years, we are now looking for an experienced Sales Executive to join our dynamic team and help drive our continued success.
The job role will include:
1. Proactively identifying and engaging with prospective clients to promote our products and services.
2. Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.
3. Closing sales effectively while maintaining a professional and ethical approach.
4. Using advanced CRM tools to track and manage client interactions.
5. Working closely with senior management to develop and refine strategies.
6. Staying updated on industry trends and identifying new opportunities for growth.
Skills/Experience Required:
1. Proven sales experience of at least 3 years in a target-driven role.
2. Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
3. Proficiency in CRM systems and MS Office software.
4. A results-orientated, proactive attitude with a commitment to excellence.
5. Strong ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Info & Benefits:
1. Full-time position at 40 hours per week (8am - 4pm)
2. Starting salary of £30,000.00 per annum, plus commissions
3. Uncapped commissions
4. On-target earnings of £65,000.00+
