Job Description: Learning and Development Manager
Location: Yorkshire/North West
Salary: £40,000 - 45,000 plus car allowance and mileage
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement comprehensive training programs focused on supportive living and mental health.
2. Assess staff training needs and create tailored development plans.
3. Deliver engaging training sessions and workshops to enhance staff skills and knowledge.
4. Collaborate with management to ensure training aligns with organizational goals and compliance standards.
5. Evaluate training effectiveness and make necessary adjustments to improve outcomes.
6. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry best practices and advancements in supportive living and mental health.
Requirements:
1. CIPD in L&D or equivalent qualification.
2. Proven experience in training and development, particularly within supportive living and mental health sectors.
3. Strong presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
4. Valid driving license and willingness to travel regularly.
