About the Role: In this position, you will plan and deliver engaging Drama lessons, develop a stimulating curriculum, and support students in participating in school productions and extracurricular drama activities. You will also collaborate with colleagues to enhance the Drama department’s teaching and learning strategies. Responsibilities: Plan and deliver high-quality Drama lessons that engage and challenge students. Develop and implement a creative and effective curriculum that meets educational standards. Encourage student participation in school plays, productions, and extracurricular drama activities. Assess student progress and provide feedback to support their development in Drama. Create a positive and inclusive learning environment that fosters creativity and confidence. Requirements: Degree in Drama, Performing Arts, or related field. Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent. Proven experience teaching Drama at the secondary school level. Strong knowledge of the Drama curriculum and current teaching practices.
