The Shipping & Delivery Support (SDS) Learning Organization inside of Ops Empowerment, (OE) team creates, maintains, and delivers Knowledge Center (KC) content and training for SDS contact centre associates that are based across different countries and lines of business within SDS. We are seeking a Training Manager to join our India team. If you are a professional who thrives in a dynamic, ever-changing environment and you have an extensive background in training and team management, we want to speak with you In this role, you will focus on coordinating and managing multiple site’s training initiatives across different lines of business. You will work closely with Operational Managers, Training Managers worldwide, and Subject Matter Experts to maintain consistency. Key job responsibilities As a Training Manager, You Must Be Capable Of Working with Operations stakeholders to identify target audience training needs and deliver learning modules against required training timelines. Managing a team of trainers and coordinating, planning workflow training modules such as new hire, cross training, launch trainings for new services, and other SDS-specific trainings as necessary. Identifying site-specific knowledge gaps through observations, focus groups, quality checks, and data analysis and propose specific training topics based on findings. Monitoring, tracking and reporting on training completion and success metrics. Serving as a training subject matter expert (SME) to advise trainers on training organization and presentation. Standardizing mechanisms at scale whilst matching pace of expansion across Manila. Analyzing and measuring training effectiveness, and using this analyze to iterate and continually improve the training product. We are open to hiring candidates to work out of one of the following locations: Hyderabad, TS, IND Basic Qualifications Completed a bachelor's degree from an accredited university. Candidate must have 3 to 5 years’ experience in managing a team and supporting their success and growth. English language fluency in both oral and written communications. Hands-on experience in training facilitation in both classroom and virtual settings. Experience collaborating with global stakeholders, SMEs, front-line managers and front-line employees. Knowledge of learning and training practices. Ability to use multiple learning methods and link appropriate methods with subject matter experts. Hands-on experience in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel and PowerPoint). Preferred Qualifications Learning/training certification in eLearning. Industry certifications in instructional design, curriculum development, performance improvement, project management, and content-specific certifications as appropriate (CPLP, CPT, PMP, etc.). Demonstrated working knowledge of eLearning development tools such as Captivate, Articulate Studio/Storyline, Camtasia, Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator, or Flash.
