Head Chef Looking for Their Exciting Next Step!
Your Duties and Responsibilities Will Include:
* Responsibility for day-to-day management of kitchen operations, taking full responsibility.
* Proactive management of a large team, leading by example to deliver the outstanding food expected by the owners.
* Working closely with the catering manager to drive the food forward and help build the team.
* Full engagement and involvement in back office operations.
* All aspects of health & safety.
In Order to Be Considered, Applicants Must:
* Have Head Chef level experience within a restaurant, foodie pub environment, or contract catering; experience with fresh food is ideal.
* Have a great kitchen presence, be an accepted leader, and naturally inspire your team.
* Have a good understanding of business operations.
* Love great food and good service!
About the Company
Fantastic retail business with an amazing restaurant and dining space, offering lots of opportunities for growth and development. There are plans in place to further improve the offering and develop menus with the Executive Chef. We are looking for a strong Head Chef to step up into this kitchen and be an integral part of the team, working closely with the Catering Manager to take the business to the next level.
