Role Overview: We're looking for a skilled POS System Trainer to join our Customer Support team. This role involves delivering training to customers both remotely and on-site, supporting their use of our solutions to optimize retail operations.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Training: Provide training on our POS system to help customers maximize its benefits.
2. Support: Resolve advanced customer issues with a focus on excellent service.
3. Consulting: Advise customers on best practices for retail optimization.
4. Documentation: Develop and update training guides and support materials.
Requirements:
1. Experience: 3+ years in retail consulting, training, or related field.
2. Technical Skills: Proficiency in IT and cloud-based solutions.
3. Retail Insight: Knowledge of retail challenges, especially in outdoor and cycling.
4. Travel: Willing to travel within the UK and internationally.
5. Communication: Clear and effective communicator.
