The Role:
As our Sous Chef, youll be the second most senior member of the kitchen, working closely with our Head Chef. Youll play a key role in daily operations and have a real impact on the menu and team.
Responsibilities:
* Work alongside the Executive Chef on seasonal menu development
* Support and manage kitchen staff during service
* Oversee prep and ensure smooth, efficient service
* Maintain all health, safety, and hygiene standards
* Manage stock levels and assist with ordering
About You:
* Previous experience as a Sous Chef is essential
* Confident, reliable, and calm under pressure
* Great team player with a positive attitude
* Passionate about quality food and seasonal ingredients
