Salary: 32k plus 12-15k tronc plus 15% salary bonus
Report to: Head Chef

I am super excited to be working with an expanding restaurant group looking for a committed sous chef to assist running one of their sites in Bristol.
You will be hands on, cooking high quality local ingredients, supervising a team of chefs through service and reporting to senior management. Your role will be to motivate and guide your BOH team and also monitor high standards across the site.
There is a well run kitchen and restaurant that can serve up to 250 covers when busy with fresh, seasonal and sustainable modern British food.
This would suit a strong sous chef that has worked in a busy restaurant or rosette level gastropub knowledge of BOH admin, and experience in premium restaurants. Apply today!
