This is a unique opportunity to manage a small team in a high-profile setting, delivering fresh, seasonal menus with a focus on event catering. The venue is completely closed from October to March, offering a significant break during the winter months. Role Overview: As Head Chef, you will be responsible for all aspects of the kitchen operation, including menu planning, ordering, and event catering. You'll work alongside an assistant chef and kitchen porter to deliver exceptional food for polo events, weddings, and brunches.
