Our Sales Executives work over five days; Monday - Friday 08:30 - 18:00, Saturday 09:00 - 17:00. In line with our commitment to ensuring our people have a good work-life balance, the team doesn't work on Sundays and you will have a fixed day off in the week.
Salary: £26,984 plus £100 per car sold.
What you will be doing:
* Develop an in-depth understanding of BMW vehicles, their features, and benefits to effectively communicate with potential buyers.
* Achieve and exceed sales targets by effectively promoting and selling BMW vehicles, emphasising the brand's unique features and benefits.
* Build and maintain strong customer relationships, providing personalised attention and guidance throughout the sales process.
* Conduct product demonstrations through multiple channels to showcase the exceptional performance and luxury of BMW vehicles.
* Stay updated on the latest automotive trends and BMW technology to provide customers the most accurate and valuable information.

As a business, we are extremely passionate about progression and development. Previous automotive sales experience would be an advantage, but not essential. You might come from a general sales, retail, or customer service background, but have the drive to achieve and succeed.
