Location: London (Hybrid – 2 days onsite with client, 1 day at Formula HQ)
Formula Recruitment is leading a high-scale hiring program for a key enterprise client, and we’re looking for a Senior TA Lead to own and drive the engagement. This is a high-impact role, where you’ll be embedded onsite with the client twice a week, working alongside the Formula Founders to deliver an ambitious 125+ headcount across Product, Data & Engineering. Additionally, you’ll spend Fridays at Formula HQ's, collaborating with our internal delivery team to refine strategy, share insights, and ensure we deliver.
What You’ll Be Doing
1. Partnering with C-suite stakeholders to define and drive the hiring roadmap
2. Managing multiple verticals across Product & Engineering hiring
3. Leading weekly reporting, stakeholder management & delivery team collaboration
4. Driving a best-in-class candidate experience
5. Hands-on delivery: owning requisitions and hiring 3+ roles per month
6. Spending Fridays at Formula HQ, aligning with the wider team and shaping best practices
What We’re Looking For
1. Proven RPO / outsourced TA experience, with the ability to manage embedded hiring projects
2. Strong ex-agency background within Tech recruitment – able to balance delivery with stakeholder engagement
3. Experience influencing at C-suite level and leading large-scale hiring programs
4. A mix of strategic oversight and hands-on delivery
