The role of MBA Recruitment Manager is a key position within the Talent Acquisition Team, focused on hiring MBA candidates for our MBA Future Leaders Programme, in both Group Strategy and International Pricing, covering both permanent roles and internships.
The role involves leading the recruitment strategy, developing and delivering annual recruitment plans, building strong networks with business schools and MBA students, and managing the end-to-end recruitment process. Additionally, the role includes presenting to and networking with key business school partners and ensuring a best-in-class candidate experience.
This is a unique and exciting opportunity that requires close collaboration with the Group CEO and wider Group Leadership team. Travelling to some of the best business schools in the UK and Europe, we’re looking for someone energetic and passionate about finding our next leaders that will help shape Admiral’s future.
Key Responsibilities
1. Strategy Development & Delivery: Develop and implement a comprehensive MBA recruitment strategy aligned with Admiral's business needs and talent requirements. This includes building and maintaining relationships with business schools across the UK and Europe, defining candidate profiles, creating attraction and engagement plans, exploring technology opportunities, and defining new and efficient processes.
2. Market Expertise: Maintain in-depth knowledge of the global MBA market, including competitor activity, and emerging talent pools. Use this knowledge to inform recruitment strategies and ensure Admiral's competitiveness.
3. Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including business school career services, faculty, and alumni networks.
4. Sourcing & Attraction: Develop and deliver innovative sourcing strategies to attract high-calibre MBA candidates. Utilise a variety of channels, including online platforms, networking events, and direct outreach.
5. Candidate Management: Manage the entire candidate lifecycle, from initial application to onboarding of successful hires. Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the process.
6. Stakeholder Management: Effectively manage relationships with senior stakeholders across the business, providing regular updates on recruitment progress and seeking input on candidate selection.
7. Data Analysis & Reporting: Track and analyse key recruitment metrics, providing regular reports on performance and identifying areas for improvement. Use data to inform decision-making and optimise recruitment strategies.
8. Teamwork & Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other members of the Talent Acquisition team and across the wider business to ensure a joined-up approach to talent acquisition.
