Key Responsibilities:
* Manage the sales process from offer acceptance to completion, ensuring a smooth and efficient transaction.
* Liaise with buyers, sellers, solicitors, and mortgage brokers to facilitate the sales process.
* Provide regular updates to clients on the progress of their property transactions.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all transactions.
* Work towards achieving sales targets and earning commission for successful property sales.
Requirements:
* Previous experience in a similar role within the real estate industry.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong organisational and time-management abilities.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
* A proactive and problem-solving attitude.
