The Role

Who We’re Looking For
* A leader with integrity, drive, and a strong work ethic
* Exceptional creativity and a bold culinary vision to design truly memorable menus
* Michelin-starred or fine dining experience with an ability to translate that into an accessible yet elevated pub dining experience
* Deep understanding of financial margins, cost control, and operational efficiency
* Proven leadership and mentorship skills to inspire, educate, and develop a high-performing team
* An unwavering commitment to quality and consistency in all aspects of the kitchen
While the primary focus will be at The Wayfarer, our chefs also contribute to our sister venue, Ashfield House, an award-winning wedding venue renowned for its elegance and flawless dining experience.
