The vacancy Your typical day could start with you welcoming visitors, and arranging and undertaking viewings, before ensuring that sales offices and show homes are properly equipped, and that promotional material is available and up to date. You'll monitor and maintain the site prospective purchaser database and regularly contact prospective purchasers and ascertain their level of interest. As a Sales Executive, you'll be the 'face of Peabody' and no one day is the same. You'll provide an effective sales operation, maximising sales and progressing them through to completion, whilst delivering high standards of service at all times. You'll be a brand ambassador, responsible for selling on site all sales products which comprise of Outright Sale, Shared Ownership, London Living Rent. You'll liaise with Agents, Site, Development Delivery and third parties including Contractors, Solicitors and Mortgage Advisors to ensure all information is provided correctly to achieve sales & revenue targets. You're a people person who is motivated to achieve targets and deliver high standards of service at all times. You'll enjoy working closely with the Sales Manager to input into sales strategies and maintaining and increasing sales through their implementation and you'll enjoy working within a high-energy team. You'll be based at Oxford for most of the time however you'll be expected to visit sites in Brackley and Linslade on occasion. Your role covers all aspects of Sales - everything from hitting new build homes sales targets and progressing all enquiries. You'll have a good eye for detail, ensuring full compliance with all regulatory, statutory and internal requirements to minimise risk to the business and its stakeholders. To be successful in this role, you're: experienced in working within a new build sales environment, preferably with experience of shared ownership knowledgeable of the property market and sales processes and legislation experienced in achieving and exceeding annual sales targets including reservation, exchange, and revenue targets experienced in delivering excellent customer service with strong interpersonal and organisation skills experienced in working with CRM systems or processing lead databases able to manage multiple sites and keep on top of sales processes This role is subject to a Basic DBS check and will require a full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
