Sales executive – leading developer up to £30,000 basic plus £60,000 OTE Bicester, Oxfordshire Please note: applications without new homes sales experience will be discounted Are you a new homes sales negotiator looking for the chance to sell beautiful homes on a high volume, stunning scheme? Our client is a 5 housebuilder looking for a New Homes Sales Executive to deliver their great product on site near Bicester, Oxfordshire This is a permanent role and you will be working on site on a busy sales and marketing suite. This company is a great fit if you’re looking to work in a supportive but high quality environment This is a 15-year scheme, so there is longevity in the role and an opportunity to grow with the business. On offer is a basic salary of up to £30,000 with a realistic OTE of £60,000. You will be flexible to work on weekends, with Tuesday/Wednesday as your days off. You will have proven new homes sales experience, currently working for an established housebuilder. You will have sales drive and be self motivated to successfully convert leads into sales Using your previous experience as a Sales Executive, you will manage the customer from enquiry through to exchange and completion, delivering a 5 customer journey at all times. You will report into the Sales Manager.
