The role would be suitable for a Chef and Manager who can lead and run a kitchen team serving a modern seasonal menu. You will lead and drive the team to prepare and plate dishes as per specifications, coach and develop junior chefs and ensure quality and consistency of meals. You will also need to achieve GP margins and work with suppliers. The produce is all fresh and meals will be prepared for Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner service along with events and celebrations.
