Wow! What a fabulous temporary opportunity for an HR Generalist to join a small team of HR professionals in Southwest London for a 3-month period.
Our client manages visa and consular services for government clients around the world. They concentrate on providing the administrative aspects of the visa process via a global network of Visa Application Centres.
The Team needs a Temporary HR Generalist for a period of 3 months, which may be extended as per business needs. An immediate start is required.
This is a hybrid role offering 3 days in the office and 2 days at home, but you may be required, as per the needs of the business, to visit sites in Luton and Croydon as and when required. All pre-approved business expenses will be paid.
Working Hours: 8.30 am - 5.30 pm with an hour unpaid lunch.
Duties: The Team will need someone to hit the ground running and assist with but not restricted to:
* Payroll - Admin and process
* General Admin tasks - Issue ID badges, process vetting, starter packs, update logs, run reports, issue letters
* Generalist tasks - be able to advise on disciplinary and grievance - you would be doing first-line tasks to this effect: advise, issue letters, take meeting notes, distribute notes, update ER case log, advise management of next steps
This role will be ideal for someone with previous HR Generalist experience who doesn't mind fulfilling administrative tasks. You will have excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
