Call Centre Manager
Location: Hinckley
Salary: £50k - OTE £75K
We're looking for an experienced Call Centre Manager to lead our operations, ensuring exceptional customer experiences while driving business growth.
Responsibilities
1. Lead & Inspire - Manage and motivate our Call Centre team to deliver top-tier customer service.
2. Drive Sales - Convert a high volume of inbound and outbound enquiries into appointments and direct sales.
3. Monitor & Improve Performance - Coach and develop team members through one-to-ones and performance reviews.
4. Ensure Compliance - Oversee adherence to FCA regulations and other key policies.
5. Optimise Efficiency - Manage staffing, productivity, and workflow to maintain peak operational performance.
6. Collaborate & Innovate - Work cross-functionally to ensure seamless communication across departments.
7. Stay Customer-Focused - Provide valuable insights on customer trends to shape business strategies.
Skills
1. Proven experience in Call Centre Management or a similar leadership role.
2. A strong track record of boosting sales & customer satisfaction.
3. Exceptional leadership & coaching skills - You know how to get the best out of your team!
4. Solid organisational & time management abilities.
5. Confidence in handling HR-related tasks (rotas, holidays, commissions).
6. FCA accreditation (or willingness to obtain).
7. A proactive, professional, and customer-focused mindset.
