Rewards manager

What You’ll Do:

* Drive the design, deployment, and management of UK & Ireland-specific reward policies, sales incentives, and retention programs.
* Monitor and analyse UK & Ireland market trends to develop competitive reward strategies.
* Implement company benefits programs, manage wellbeing initiatives, and enhance their benefits portfolio.
* Serve as the go-to expert on reward topics, supporting DEI initiatives and training stakeholders across the business.
* Contribute to reward digitalisation efforts and use analytics to drive data-backed reward insights.
* Handle reward and benefits administration, ensuring adherence to UK&I labour laws and compliance across reward and wellbeing programs.

What We’re Looking For:

1. Proven expertise in Total Reward management, with a strong knowledge of the UK market.
2. Proficiency in benefits program design, reward strategy, and administration.
3. Excellent communication, training, and presentation skills to clearly convey reward information to diverse stakeholders.
