The reason our current Head Chef is needing to leave is due to new family commitments but will be on hand to smooth the transition, still a valued member of the team currently and company friend.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Head Chef located in Dundee. The Head Chef will be responsible for managing the kitchen operations, including menu planning, food preparation, and presentation. Key tasks include overseeing kitchen staff, ensuring quality and consistency of dishes, managing kitchen inventory and supplies, and maintaining high standards of hygiene and safety. The Head Chef will also collaborate with management for special events and seasonal menu changes.
